An open invitation to LoD members! It will be good to meet you!

Saturday April 9, 2005 in Sloatsburgh, NY. Actually it will be at the Rest Area on the New York Thruway. Directions are as follows:

If you're coming from the Virginia, DC, MD and Delaware area:

1.Take I-95 N via the ramp on the LEFT. 92.0 miles

2. Merge onto I-395 N via EXIT 170A on the LEFT toward WASHINGTON. 0.2 miles

3. Merge onto I-495 N/CAPITAL BELTWAY via EXIT 170B toward TYSONS CORNER. 29.8 miles

4. Merge onto I-95 N via EXIT 27 toward BALTIMORE/NEW YORK (Portions toll). 94.0 miles

5. Merge onto I-295 N toward NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE/DEL MEM BR/NJ-NY. 6.4 miles

6. I-295 N becomes NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE N (Portions toll). 119.1 miles

7. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-80 W. 2.5 miles

8. Merge onto NJ-17 N via EXIT 64A toward RT-4/ROCHELLE PK/PARAMUS. 3.1 miles

9. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NJ-17 N. 15.1 miles

10. Merge onto NEW YORK STATE TRWY N/I-87 N via the exit on the LEFT toward ALBANY/RT-17 N. 1.4 miles

11. Follow to Rest Area



If you are coming form Pennsylvania:



1. PA Turnpike becomes NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE N (Portions toll). 119.1 miles

2. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-80 W. 2.5 miles

3. Merge onto NJ-17 N via EXIT 64A toward RT-4/ROCHELLE PK/PARAMUS. 3.1 miles

4. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NJ-17 N. 15.1 miles

5. Merge onto NEW YORK STATE TRWY N/I-87 N via the exit on the LEFT toward ALBANY/RT-17 N. 1.4 miles

6. Follow to Rest Area

Let me be the first to welcome you to the LOD site. I will be attending this meet and hope that others in the NY area will as well. Lets make this the first of many big meets in the northeast and lets show those guys in the midwest and northern cali that the Northeast members what a real meet is.

Edit: we might to post a start up time for this.

sorry perhaps a little over zelous if you can edit the top post to include a 9:00am start time then you can delete this one but any way its at 9:00 am on saturday april 9th 2005

us too jp. but atleast you were willing to attend and thats commedable. we will have NELCE merchandise available so if you are interested i will post a pic of the stuff later on. but thank you for your support.
