Flowmaster question

I have gotten flowmasters in December (40 series) and I have been using them since, and I was just wondering why they are so quiet? And if there is a way to make them louder. If there is a way to make them louder please tell. Thanks.

just hollow out with a long screw driver & a BFH Or remove those cats and you'll have more sound for sure
