Built a new Garage last fall thinking about putting epoxy paint on the floor.
Anyone have any suggestions as to where to buy it , what kind to get ie: 2 part, water based, etc. Also how about the etching/acid wash Would like to hear any/all sugesstions

sounds like a good product however I think it would cost $300 to $400 more than some of their competitor's products for my 1260sq ft garage

Rustoleum came out with a kit.

I don't know how good it is. I would certainly give a listen to Mad1stGen as he is in on the ground floor sort of speak on these products. I definitely will do the Ucoat system in my next garage. My current is your size and it's too stained and the garage too full to start a project now. My main concerns are the effects of road salt that come in with the cars in the winter. Although I have floor drains salt is very corrosive and I'd hate to have this stuff come unstuck.

I do Think the U-coat-it product is very good from what I've read. Just not sure if it would be worth the extra $ for me at this time. The floor is new and so far no stains/oil spots. Salt might be a problem here a few months of the year but not to bad in Baltimore MD area. I was planning on looking at the rustoleum products....
