Well, I have not been around in a while. I have just been very busy at work and home. My wife is doing ok despite all kinds of complications with the pregnancy. We are looking at having her induced in mid July due to all the complications. We can't wait to welcome our daughter Isabella Grace Eynon to the world. I have not been able to do much recently as my wife Katie is on bed rest till the baby is born.

In other news I have to state that with the new baby on the way and life changing fast I needed to get a larger vehicle. That of course meant that the Crown Vic had to go. Yes I have to admit that I got a Minivan. Oh and yes I just could not find what I wanted in a Ford product. So now we are the proud owners of a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Touring W.P. Chrysler Signature Edition. I will try to get some pics later to post. It is blue ext with grey int. It has leather, Heated front seats, Nav, 6 disc cd/dvd player and 7 inch screen, tri climate control, stow n go, etc... I do like the fact that it has a very powerful 6 cyl.

I am hoping that in a year or so that I can save some money to get another used gen 1 and be back in the Lincoln fold. It would be a second car, but for now the van must do. We needed a minivan with 2 kids and not to mention all the friends that we haul to amusement parks with us. Our first run was to Waldameer in Erie, PA. They put in a new wooden coaster Ravine Flyer II this year, and it is just great.

I hope to see some of you sometime in the near future. If an August meet happens anywhere close this year I will try to attend.

Wow Bill, a minivan? OK, I'll forgive you this time. ;)

Hope all goes well, and there was a lot of talk about having another Port Clinton meet this year.

Glad to hear from you, Bill!! It would be great to see you this year!

I sure wish you the best with your new baby, and good health for everyone.

WOW!! A CV isn't BIG enough???? I think the CV is BIGGER than a T&C van! Good hearing from ya Bill...stay in touch. You already sound like the proud papa!!

I thoguht the same thing, lol

Good luck with the minivan Bill.

Yep the Crown was just too small. With 2 carseats in the back it leaves no room for another person. With the amount of people that usually travel with us to amusement parks, we can now have 6 people in our car comfortably. We can even have 7 people in relative comfort. Yes I am a very proud papa already. I could not be happier with my life at this point. I hope that a Port Clinton meet happens this August or Sept. The baby should be ready to go on an outing. Katie says that we can all go up to Port Clinton for the day so I am pleased. Yes, maybe next year Carlisle will be in the cards. Prob just Friday Evening, Sat and part of Sunday. We will see as the time gets closer, but my hopes are on a yes. I will post a pic or two of the new van in a day or 2. It really is nice and I love the features it has. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Congratulations, Bill! Best wishes for your family. :) Wendy has a 2003 Town and Country she bought new, and could not be happier with it after driving it over 60k miles. Brakes, tires, fluid & filter changes, and one recall for a power steering hose. That is it! Hope yours gives you that kind of service too. :)
