heat not working

loose connection I suppose, all problems seemed rectified as of now with no real interaction by me. Nothing appears broken visually

If you can access the lever I would highly suggest wrapping some metal wire around the shaft that the lever attaches too, wrap it a couple times and than do a "turnakit" on it to make it super tight. This will prevent the shaft from slitting in half.

If it works good now, I imagine you had a loose electrical connection or something. I guess you're lucky......all the thinking/contemplating paid off, haha.

definitely J, will do, thanks for all the help man. One day when I get out to Cali I will look you up!

Lol no problem! You'll see me around...just look for the black/white camaro with red/blue lights doing 140 down the freeway :D

hey I was wondering, can I use a zip-tie or a hose clamp instead?

I've seen some have luck with a tie wrap...they had the tool to get it as tight as possible and then it snaps the loose end off (of the tie wrap).

*update* I found it, it is on the underside of where the glove box is, seems fixed now

yesterday it started tio not work again, I guess over time the connection becomes loose again, I had to drive home reaching over to pull on the connector to get it to come on, how annoying, is there something I can stick in there to make it tight even when it loosens up?

lol, thanks man, I went in on it awhile ago as the brief warm period during the sunlight alklowed me. It was the negative cable it seemed to have slipped out and off, I squeezed it tight again and felt it click on this time, hopefully for good
