When I start my 94 up, there's an static hum, that whines with motor speed. Not to age myself, but my cars in the 70s with amps used to do that when it was do for a tune-up and they came out with resistor plugs and wires 
This is like that, but it stops after about a minute. Stereo can on or off. Any ideas on cause and/or cure? Thanks again.
