I posted a similar thread under the LOD Midwest chapter, but I got some PMs mentioning non LOD members were interested, so I created a new one to gauge interest in the non LOD community, and perhaps bribe some new people to join! (notice the taking a page from Sharon's book!)
Well after going to Carlisle this year I'm a motivated to check to see if there are more members near KC that would be interested in meeting up as it seems most of the members that meet up are more on the east side of the country then in the midwest.
So who is on here that would be interested in meeting somewhere near Kansas City? Maybe St Louis, De Monies? Somewhere that would work well for people in the midwest.
If we have to, we could go to Chicago, which is about 8 hours for me in KC, but that's half the distance that Carlisle was.
