My 900+ Kids...

Yea that S is funny as hell, are you sure you hadn't been drinking??? When you said 900 kids I thought you had been VERY busy lately!!

The kids had a total blast... I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday afternoon...

The local Boston Fox station sent it's helicopter down (the assistant news director's kids go to my school) and so they took that vid and then had it on the evening news that night.

The Saxillac is in the corner, but it just looks like a black dot. I'm sure I'm in there somewhere, but I was more off by the school building demonstrating what kind of sound pressure levels you can generate with 2000 watts of rock music...

If someone can post some pics for me, I'll email them to you, there are a few other great shots from the FD ladder truck.

BTW, the "G" starts with kindergarten and 1st grade, the "X" is 8th grade.

Nice work Joe! It must have been difficult to get all those kids to line up like that.

Send your photos to me and I'll post them for you.

I'll PM my email address to you.

You know, I thought it was going to be disasterific, but we got the whole 958 of them out there and into position in like 10-12 minutes...

pics are sent, thanks!

Here's the photos Joe, I hope you don't mind that I resized them.

Actually the gym teachers made them hold up red construction paper...

I love the first pic, the music outside is so loud, all you have to do is look at the girl dead center, and the boy on the right grabbing the teacher...

The lower pic was taken from the SFD ladder truck, the Saxmobile is on the right... all the cool people back into their spaces...
the really cool people, don't even bother to backup up, they just drive in a circle on the field...

we did btw fix the "S" once we could see it from the firetruck...

BTW incase anyone cares, in the lower pic, directly through the woods is Otis AFB...

Coming from CT I am familiar with the location, and happy to see you got some attention at the school. Remember it's these kids we are all dependent apon.

LOL, I can believe it. I spied the Saxmobile before you pointed it out. ;)
