Shaved door handles?

I wouldnt drive that.

I dont like the "pea in a banana" look of the sort-trac design...looks like...well a pea in a banana.

The front cab looks too "pod"-like, and it sits way too separate from the bed, for my taste.

Sorry Ford... I'd rather drive one of THESE!

I personally don't like the look of this Ford. Not a huge fan of the Sport-Trac and this design is to much Sport-Trac for me.

Lower it another 2" and change that 6 speed auto to a 6 speed manual and maybe I would drive it. I think it looks very disproportional though. The bed looks too high in the back.

Ford can make this, but "can't" make a next generation Lightning? xo

Am I sick if I say I like the Mk VII best?
For some reason I really liked the lines.

Its a personal preference thing. I am a huge fan of nostalgia. I welcome the new Mustang design with open arms, and anytime a car maker reverts back to the design cues of the glory days, I credit them for that.

The Dodge Ram Daytona, the Rumble Bee, and the R/T-10 just please em. Not because of what they are now...but because of what they remind me of...the roots.

Ford is taking steps into un-chartered territory... Mopar is reverting back to "what was good"...we'll see how today's market bites.

Line up the "Sport-Puke" next to a Daytona, and I wont care what the numbers say...I'll have more pride in my Mopar, than with a space-pod on wheels.

But lets seriously think about this...these are piick-up trucks!!! Originally designed to haul a load, and hold a driver, a passenger, and some gear...

...now they are designing them like cars...with an open-trunk, basically.

Oh well...to each his own.

Chrysler has dropped the high output 4-cylinder engine in its Dodge Neon, and the 500 horsepower V10 in the Dodge Ram pickup.

...and did you read why?
