Air con blows warm
If I start the engine and have on full cool and air blows warm
Watching the cooling fan it does not turn till the engine gets hot
It starts to turn then stops then starts again slowly as the engine gets hot it then starts to go round slowly
Finally the fan goes to full speed
Then the air runs cold, it all works well then till I turn of the engine and the problem starts again
Help please
