spark plug issues

I was going to change the plugs in the green car I just bought. I have 2 issues:

1. The plus are in there right. Really right! I mean, really, really tight. I figure the last person to change then didn't use anti-seize. What's the best way to get them out? Or is it worth trying to avoid any damage?

2. The coil boots. The front 3 on each side had quite a bit of oil on them. Dark and thick. The spark plug wells didn't have much oil in them. The rear boots on each side had rust on them! Have you guys seen anything like this before? Anything I should be worried about?
