RE: Think would accept a Lincoln?
First, let's do the math: $30,000 X 100 cars = $3 million.
Prizes to winners: $2 million.
And the other million? I'd guess that almost 90% of it will be pure profit.
Next, look at these terms and conditions!
- You will indemnify the organizers and its associated personnel against any lawsuits and claims, which might be arising or brought up against them by any third party as a result of your participation in the event, or of your actions, or of the footage and images displaying you.
YIKES!
- We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for bad behavior, for late arrival at the starting point or for any other reason at our sole decision; in this case no money would be refunded to the driver.
DOUBLE YIKES!
- The participants agree to accept the organizer's decisions in any case and will not appeal against them.
- The organizer also reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason. No refunds will be made in this case.
THIS TAKES THE CAKE!
Forget what I wrote above... this has the potential to bring $3 mil of PURE PROFIT for these "organizers". ::nono::
