Every Tuesday night during the warm months there is Toys for Tots meet held at the Forest Hills McDonalds on Metropolitan Avenue near 70 Avenue. It is between Union Turnpike and Woodhaven Blvd. It is an informal gathering. You car does not need to be a show winner. It can be work in progress. One trophy is given out each week for the best car of the meet. One judge is chosen each week and he/she chooses which car he/she likes the best. Two other cars are given participation awards by drawing numbers from a hat. There is a weekly 50/50 raffle also.
