Tuning question for Kenne Bell blower Mark VIII owners..

I am having some tuning difficulties with my 98 LSC that has a KB 2.1L blower on it. Idle & drivability are fine, as soon as it goes into boost it acts crazy, going full rich, breaking up, etc..?? My tuner is scratching his head over this strange thing. Car has SCT chip & fuel table has been scaled for the 80lb injectors that are in it. Engine is fresh, new coils, no known mechanical issues. Anyone had this type of problem with their KB boosted Marks?
