i was in my garage and i turned on my car and let it run 4 about 10 min when i looked down my mufflers where leaking water i just added heat the day b4 what do you guys think is the problem

condensation in the exhaust pipes. It's normal. Don't worry about it.

rotten eggs is usually bad catalytic converters or o2 sensors, but it's unrelated to the water coming out of your pipes.

When gasoline burns the main products of combustion are carbon dioxide and water. When the exhaust system is cold, the water is condensed and drips out the drain holes in the mufflers. When the exhaust is hot, the water comes out in an invisible gas. No problem unless you are also losing coolant.
