What mark viii headlight assemblies are interchangeable in what years?

I have a 95' Lincoln mark viii I wanna put HID's in, but I want clear lenses! I heard 96' LSC's are the only year that fit this and are what I want! They have been impossible to locate! I can find 97' mark viii headlights all day! They look similar but the headlight and side lights are attached.... Would they still bolt up in place or is there any other ways/aftermarkets?
