Ok, so 14 hours and 983 miles later, I'm the only one here at the hotel... :(

Guess I'll go take a swing up to the track...

BTW, in a beautiful example of history repeating itself, I bent one of the Caddy's front 17"s on the entrance to the GW in NYC. It's not nearly as bad as last year, and doesn't seem to change the ride, but it's enough to piss me off...

Oh crap, we haven't left yet. Leaving any minute now, having problems making room for the Kid in the car, lol. I can't wait!!!!

In New York City, we have a road usage tax that is included in our registration fee. I actually think the New York City roads should pay us for using our cars. There cannot be a major road in the US worse than the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Potholes there are awful. It is hard to believe it was worse in the 1970's.

What kinda rim bends that easily that you've done it twice at the same spot!? That sucks!

LMAO.....*beer cooler or kid, beer cooler or kid? Crap, lets make room for both!* :)

Well, last year it was an ARD 18" (never buy ARDs) on my MK8 that took a real bad pothole in the dark somewhere in PA. The rim was bent so badly, that I used a sledgehammer to pound it back into shape. I have no idea how the tire didn't blow out.

This year was one of the stock Cadillac 17's, and its not that bad, but still it was quite a slam... something was that above the pavement, not a hole... but again, I never saw it...

Lol...I hate those ones you never see, scare the crap out of you and than instantly you worry about your car! Crappy story man :)
