My wipers are weak. Anybody know which, if any, of the three dozen Motorcraft wiper motors that are available come with the parking assembly? RockAuto has five different ones, including one with this confusing description:

So is it a motor only or does it come with the arm and bracket?
The descriptions on Ford Parts Giant are just as confusing, of the three listed, two say "may require FOVY-17V436-ARM output arm, 1R9Z-17V485-AARM bracket and F5AZ-17C518-AA windlatch assembly".
"May" require? What the hell does that mean? Don't they know whether it comes with that stuff?
