I have built up a 302w stroked to 349 cubic inches it makes 420 hp its torque range is 1600 - 6400 rpm the transmission is a c4 built to handle up to 750 hp I a going to install this combo in my mark VIII (yes I know it wasnt made for this engine)

a friend told me that his cobra with IRS has violent wheel hop and that I could expect the same from my Mark VIII I dont recall having that problem with my 94 but it was totaly stock and the 4.6 isnt known for its low end power so I am asking is this true? and if so what can be done to control...

well Im getting closer to completeing the engine build for my Mark VIII <-- (not a typo) it is a normally asperated 302 stroked to 347 with a .040 over bore I guess that makes it a 349 cu in I dont want to bore you with a parts list but I will say that the calculated horse power should be around...

the car has aprox 156,000 miles on it the engine runs well I can start it for you but when i do you will hear the a/c clutch making noise but this has nothing to do with the engine ..

I am in the process of installing a NON computer controled engine in my 94 Mark VIII and I would like to remove the computer I also will be removing the air ride system but I would like to retain the antilock brakes IS THIS POSSIBLE?
if I removed the computer and it disabled the antilock brakes...
