Who is using 245/50/16s on their mark and does it cause any problems? These ar wider but about the same height as the 225/60/16s. I need to make sure that there won't be any rubbing or handling issues. Thanks.

I didn't want to put this in the tires forum because there appears to be nothing there... I'm considering putting 245/50/16s on my car. It currently has 225/60/16s. I like the wide look but don't want the car to follow every little ripple or joint in the road. I have some Michelin Pilots on it...

There were some advertised a while back but I don't see them here now. I'm due for tires and thought chrome directionals would look good. I have the snowflake wheels in pretty good shape. I think one has a small scrape. I'll take pics if it gets to that. Thanks!
