LOD Apparel

I was wondering what happened with this....did people send money and I missed the bus?

No you did not miss the bus. I've just been too busy with the car (4.10s going in), my truck (rebuilding the motor) my house (always working on) and work (to pay for all the other stuff said) LOL
Seems like some nicer stuff is on the way, Is there still an interest in our racing t-shirts?

I'll get on it if so. I know I need new ones.

I mean, Mike's jacket...

Steve wouldn't let go would he. So much that now you have a complex and you're going back and correcting your posts before he even has a chance to ding you on it, lol.

His last post had an uncapitalized sentence....take a poke while you can!! :D

, Is there still an interest in our racing t-shirts?

Wasn't there a thread....with a BUNCH of interest? I'm still sporting mine from the last order and my stepdad thought his was awesome!

Personally, I think the "star" where the points extend beyond the frame looks nicer than the "truncated" one, even though I believe that's what is represented on our cars.. Of course, who knows how well the "pointy" star will take to embroidery, anyway..

I just lost my own argument, didn't I..

It is not hard to digitize a new pattern. Like Photoshop if you know what you are doing it is just a few clicks. :D

The old place that did our line has a huge fee for creating a new embroidery file, which is why I pressed them to try and find our old ones...

Plus now at least I have the some of the art work... :D

And yes, I like the newer Lincoln Star better as well, which is already used in some of our logos...

Find out what file format they use. I have a program but i only used it once so you would have to come here and use it as i have no time with a new home and baby. I am sure it would only take an experienced person 1 hr or less to come up with it as long as they have a gif file or what ever to trace out.

Thanks Joe for taking this on!

I'd go for a jacket and tee shirts myself.

They would make great gifts too.:)

You can put me down for a case of the pint beer glasses too.:D

Those are great glasses. I recently broke the only one I had.:frown:

Wait what? there's beer glasses!!?? I wanna see a pic, even of a broken one. Haha

I've actually been thinking about what other things of interest/use we can slap our logo onto and instantly make cooler... :D

let me get us some new gear to wear first :D

They are not giving me the actual embroidery file... I tried...

I'd forgotten that you have one of those fancy sewing machines... what is the file type that you would need? Can you make those files?

What i said was see what file type you can give them. The fancy sewing machine can do custom embroidery but we tried to do it on polo shirts and it was a real PITA. It is way to time consuming as well. It is set up more for doing in on cloth you have not sewn into something yet for small projects. I have the software that can make a file but no time to use it. You can come here and learn it. Best to just import a .gif file into the program then use that to program the embroidery file.

Me too, I think. I need more pint glasses. And I need coasters.

I did like the guy who did the embroidery for us, I remember he was so nice and helpful when I placed my order.

I'm pretty sure I had polo shirts, but not very likely that they fit me anymore. I still have my hat, too.

That stuff is cool, anyone wanna sell me a pint glass, I don't do shots. Lol
What about a set of stickers so we can slap the logo on whatever we want, for example, my tool box, fridge, lawn mower, dog....etc.
