Why should I chip the Evil One

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

what the hells a lowering kit have to do with a mark 8? who sells these "kits"? has anyone bothered to mention to u that u can lower your mark for free on your own?

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

I dont want ANY of this heat. Until I am lined up with another Mark VIII at the track, all best are off.

I wont run for pinks, but I would love to see ANY OF YOU come up to Infineon Raceway come march, and we'll settle it once and for all.

By then, I will: be chipped, JMOD(350), and an Atkins' survivor(good for at least 2/10ths!)

You can talk all you want, but until I see your time slips, thats all it is.... talk! Not saying I'm quicker than any of you, but unless you bring it to a track, you cant win squat!

The only thing you own is the oil spot next to your double wide ... you know which double wide I am refering too, the one you will be looking out the window every morning looking for you Gen 2 wondering why you ever tried to race a Gen1... "Bow down to tne King"....wait let me slip on this rubber while your bending down to your new daddy!!

Now who's ya daddy?

Hey Paul, I was talking about what I will be doing to my mark in the next couple weeks. Ray Urso made me a lowering kit because I didn't want to sensor lower my car. You also need to calm yourself down buddy.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

I own you too Stanley. I am not into that west coast "stuff" like you, so, you have my permission to carry on. (Not that there is anything wrong with that - Seinfeld) I am sure there are plenty of west coast gen 1 "drivers" to choose from. I do not own the Evil One - you can have it. Too slow for me. Maybe you, Brad, and Craig can have some rice, I mean a race. It will bring new meaning to the word drag - as in slow.

G2's rule... g1's drool... Now bow to the King. Smack is over. Ricer Fly By. How'd it feel? Holllaaa.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Hey I will blow your blend door off! Haha
OK wait till I go to the track again, oh and mlschultz your pikachu head lights, big nose 2nd days are numbered. When you pull your car out of your driveway and drive to work, that could be your last.

Rise First gen owners, Its time we rule the forum, just like the drag strip

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

"Hey I will blow your blend door off! Haha"

Stanley might want to talk to you about what you can do with a blend door, Brad!

Hey all you g1's - I hear there is a sale on hamster food at PetSmart. Time to stock up.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Take your 15.6 mark and drive it into a ditch. Why do you second gen owners go on living?

"Take your 15.6 mark and drive it into a ditch. Why do you second gen owners go on living?"

Even driving into a ditch, a G2 will own a g1 280 HP (HP = Hamster Power) Mark. Ya know, don't hate the playa... If you can't beat a G2, buy one. Then you can be King too. It is good being King :)

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Ok.. after reading the smack talk... I DO want some of this heat!

mschultz... until you physically post a time slip(yours, not one you paid for), you are just another bench racer.

Take it to the strip, nail a good reaction time(half the race right there), and run at least 2 back to back quarter mile times within a tenth of a second, and make them faster than the one's others can post, and then you can claim "bragging rights".

If you HAVE time slips that can show numbers better than a stock Gen 1, then I suggest you post them. If you can show ALL OF US that your LSC can indeed outrun a stock GEN 1, then I will give you props. The LSC came with an extra 10hp, but it also has less agressive ECU programming, so the engine cant really show off the extra 10hp over a stock Gen 1, unless you get a chip/dyno-tune, waking up that extra 10hp. Other than that.... Gen 1 baby!!!

If you have NEVER run your car down the track... than you really have no "proof" your car is faster than a 1978 VW RABBIT, now do you?

If you have the numbers to back up the talk, present them.....thats all I am asking.

Now these arent the quickest times you will see, but for a bone stock Mark VIII at the strip on a November night(poor traction-60ft's arent so hot). At least I have SOME proof of actually racing someone... and the one with the red smiley face.. that was against a car dialed in at 14.06.. and I beat him off the line, so I won, and lifted at the end to prevent a break out... I may not be quicker than he was, but my win light came on...THAT is all that counts!

and the video of me spanking that Mustang:
http://www.markviii.org/~blackicelsc/slapthatstang.mpg

If you want to see the 15.07 pass, here's the actual video:(notice how far ahead I am down track)
http://www.markviii.org/~blackicelsc/caminospank.mpg

I may not be the quickest Mark VIII, but I sure as hell was THAT night(only Mark VIII there). If you want to talk smack, you need to actually SHOW UP to the challenge. Otherwise... its all talk!

Now... you can walk away.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Schultz what are your times on your 2nd Gen.? You are all talk, and I don't get all the :RICE: comments you are making. 1st Gens. rock 2nd Gens. stock to stock. See we have that money to make our 1st Gens. look good and stylish, while you have to waste your money just trying to catch up to the power of a stock 1st Gen., cuz I know for a fact that intake on your 2nd Gen. is nothing less than "Hampster power".

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Craig and Jon, I understand why you are trying to defend the poor ole g1's, and I admire your meager, frugal attempt to "keep the spirit alive". But, I am here to deliver a reality check. G2's rule, and this is why: g1's blow. Wait a minute. They not only blow, they are slow.

Now... Move on over g1's. There is a new King of the hill.

Have you hugged a G2 lately? The King has spoken.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

Brad, Racing a G2 while it is parked in the driveway does not constitute a win... Unless you are a ricer... Did you also do a Ricer Fly By? You just got owned... again...

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

I think the king needs to get off his throne, and head to the drag strip. Either that or keep smoking whatever he is on, because there are about 120k Mark VIII owners out there that know stock vs stock Gen 1 vs Gen 2... Gen 1 will win..... of course, if you were driving my car, and I was driving your car, I would probably smoke you since you obviously no clue about racing.... all talk, Schultz.

And better check that crown... it might be a queen's.

RE: Why should I chip the Evil One

OK, fellas. Yet again I will try to clear up this misguided notion that Gen 1s are faster than Gen 2s.

14.865. Stock, baby, stock.

And she dyno'd almost the exact same numbers as the red whore when she was stock.
