This is just starting to get good. There's a lot of hatred on this board, huh? Just my guess, but the average Gen. 1 will beat the average gen 2. This is not to say that one or the other is better, but clearly gen 1's are still faster.....sorry Trix.

You tell em Sharon and Steve! Craig and the whole g1 gang do not realize that us G2's have a knuter valve installed that gives the G2's an advantage. I know we are not supposed to speak about it, but it is time to let the G2 flex it's muscles, and dispel this urban legend.

Sharon, I have to say that is a great time. I ran 14.81 in that "hot" August weather and it was also my first time at the track. But yet again I have the exhaust done. I should easily be in the mid 14's.

Schultz, I also think you should stop acting like you have a Mark 8. I don't think looking at your neighbor's Gen.2 through the living room window means you own it. And if you do have one, why you have all this hatred towards the Gen.1 if you took off chrome directions from a '95 and put em on your neighbor's Gen.2. Just getting jealous that you don't have that speed of the Gen. 1.... Take your Queen "wand" out of your A$$ and get back to reality buddy.

OK Larry, Moe, and Curley... Oh sorry, I mean Craig, Jon, and Brad, I sense my disciples question my abilities to rule the M8 kingdom. I assure you that I do in fact own the top of the food chain 98 LSC.

And trust me when I say... You do not want any of this. Unless you enjoy having a can of whoop all over you like that polyester suit you have hanging in your closet. Ah yes... you know what I am talkin about. Can you say owned? Or spanked? Well, you get the idea - I hope.

Anyway, I feel a Stanley coming on, and need to go sit on my throne and ponder why anyone would drive a g1. The King has spoken.

Ok all you gen 2's out there.. Bring your cars to Infineon raceway on Sunday, feb 1, 2004!... I'll run ya heads up in my 94, stricktly for bragging rights, and to end this nonsense. I will be there...

And Trixie.. Its not that I dont believe you, but if you ran a 14.86- in a STOCK-not a G-TECH TIME(and I mean bone-stock, not one single power-train/exhaust/tranny/wheels/weight-saving/gear-swap/tire-swapping-modification) Gen 2, then either you had some nice sticky tires, or a tail wind. I know for a fact that a 30 mph tail wind is good for 2-3 10ths, which sounds about right for a Gen 2. I am not by any means putting your car down, but I have yet to know of ANY STOCK Gen 2 Mark VIII run below the 14.90 mark.

Got some/a time slip to prove it young lady? I would love to see them/it. Ya know, to shut the nay-sayers up.

MSCHULTZ... I'm calling you out! Now's your chance... put up, or SHUT UP!!!. Any "king" (or shall I say "Queen") who doesnt accept a challenge must forfeit the throne, or be be-headed. Stanley,.... sharpen the axe!

Well well well, Aren't we cranky young grasshopper Craig, and his sidekick PokeBrad? You boy's seem to consistently step into my lair. Welcome to the "House of Owned" again, where g1's are chewed up, and spit out, to be humiliated by the G2 King over and over and over.

I tell you what, I have owned many in my day, but, it is truly a pleasure owning you wannabe G2's. In fact, I feel another Stanley, and need to go sit on my throne and strategize this g1 upheaval, and expell any notion of a lowly g1 takeover attempt, and bring order back to the kingdom.

Now y'all go and behave yourselve's, and i'll be back later to implement my action plan. The King has spoken.

Craig, I don't have a working scanner. However, the time was made in Houston, with witnesses, Tiffany, Tommy, Nightsky & Toyz (and the kid, who managed to run a 15.0 that night - his first time at the track). Others have seen this timeslip. It's not made up. I carry the timeslip in my wallet - come to Chicago and you can see it. :)

STOCK STOCK STOCK. We did have the air silencer removed. No weight savings. Stock height. I think I weighed in at about 3800 lbs. 225W60 Dunlop tires.

Don't hate me cause I'm fast.... ;-)

Yes indeed, Sharon did run a 14.8 But in it needs to be on the same day, same place were two drivers will race. thats the only way.

Ok listen here, KID. Now you go to the dragstrip and scan your shameful timeslip. Unless you want to drive all the way to Joliet,IL so I can show you some first gen tail lights. I know your mad because you drive a 2nd gen and God has turned his back on you, but you can get make it. I saw a nice 1st gen for sale.

For some reason my name was used in vein!!! This bring much distress to me and will cause me to go on a rant!!.....Trust me you don't want me to go on a rant it is never pretty!!!

I will be at the track on Sunday to support Craig, if you think you are man/or women enough to hang with the NOR CAL LODer's bring it on I got 2000.00 cash money that craig will pull out a can of WD/40 Whoop A$$ then make a photocopy of your pink slip and mail it back to your mamma..... trust me you really don't want non of this!! I believe you... just wish I was there to run a 14.35 next to your 14.85(if you run a 14.85, then I KNOW I would be in the 'low'14's... must have been some good traction, and great air! and as soon as you said Tommy/Tiff/Nightsky.. were there.. I know you speak the truth. Congrats... killer Gen 2 times!)

MSCHULTZ...there are ALOT of quick gen 2's out there... yours isnt one of them. Do you own one? or is it your Daddy's car? You sound just like one of them punk kids in a chat room talking about his Del Sol, or Civic.

I learned along time ago... the guy with the biggest mouth, usually has the slowest car. Same goes for bench racers. I dont need to prove anything to you. I have been to the track. I know what my car will run. I have posted my times for all to see. Nothing to hide, and cant fool anyone..... so, where the hell are your times? We still havent heard what you CAN run... do you even know? Have you ever been to the track? Do you even know what RPM your car shifts at W.O.T. in Drive? Or are you too scared to take your dad's Mark VIII up to that speed?

Now, if you sit there, and post one more "rant" about being a "king" of something, or try to tell me that my Gen 1 is slow, and some dribble about how you 'own' me... well punk.. before you can OWN anything... you have to sign on the bottom line... in this case.. A TIME SLIP!!! lets see it.

If you dont have a scanner, write the incremental times here.
If you plan to back any of your lip up with numbers, they better be accurate, or everyone here will know you are just another punk-ass bench racer who sits at home, running his keyboard in chatrooms/forums about how quick his car is.... hell, at this point, I would even settle for a picture of your car... if you really own one.

So, before you go spouting off anymore about what you can run, or can beat... prove it. otherwise.. we will all know... you are all talk.

Everyone here knows I dont claim to be faster than anyone... I posted my time slips.. you all know what I can/cant run.... but at least I have been to the track, and know what my car can run.

Until I see some incremental times posted from you Mschultz... you're just another punk full of talk. You lost every race before it even started... because you didnt show up.
