Hi. I'm kind of prepping another motor for my newer '96 LSC (the '94 is gone), and part of that is getting the heads redone. I've seen several older mentions of using a 2000 Continental C-head and IMRC-less plate in place of a B-head for a better all-around motor...and to be honest with you...

Strangely enough, I found it easier to pull the engine from the top. That was, of course, after I dropped the crossmember to get all of the bolts out of the bottom of the engine. It's a ridiculous way to pull one, but I don't have to fight much of anything to get the engine out.

That's the main reason why I moved away from my mother-in-law. She's really corrosive, nothing's safe around her, especially bare metal.
