A good friend of mine has a 93 that is in great condition. Recently it had a few areas that had some rust showing. The bottom of the passenger door, the lower rocker panel in front of the rear wheels, and the bottom edge of the trunk lid. He had all the rusty areas cut out and reformed with new metal. He also had the bottom of the car cleaned/scraped and then undercoated. The shop did some other detail work like re painting all of the chrome, detagging the car, painting the emblems etc.

Keep in mind this car has been in New England and driven year round!

It also has some mods (many done be me) that include:
-lsc bumpers and moldings
-HID's
-Infinity Component Speakers
-JL Amplifier
- subwoofer
- 1 1/4 rear sway bar (after market front one removed due to persistent knocking)
-3.90 gears and an eaton differential
-pinion brace
- dyno tuned
- 4" aluminum driveshaft
-dual 2.5" SS exhaust (ss weld wire used and 1/2" billet SS flanges)
-no cats
-coil conversion
-adjustable koni shocks all around
-subframe bracing
-billet steering knuckle
-livewire plug wires
-17" wheels
-13" cobra brakes
-5% tint

Yea, it is. I sent him the thread about the black gen 1 car your are working on right now. I told him he needs to just let you take his car for the winter next year.... His engine is completely stock, and it has a good amount of miles on it. It still runs strong though.

I like the glossiness of the paint and how it shines. In that rear shot you can really see the reflection of everything around. Very nice Mark!

I don't think it has any wax on it since it was just painted, but I've told him he should try out Zaino, I LOVE the stuff. It makes my corvette look like a mirror....

It looks very nice. I still say, that if ford had made all of the Gen I's as an LSC, they would have sold many more of them.

well, i sold my car to buy a truck, and i was going to buy a camper for my family to get out and start doing some camping around the south, but my landlord just had the realtors take pics of my house, she is selling it so we have to get out, so those dreams were shattered, so i dint need a truck now and the only cars i really like are marks, i am not a car guy.

Looks nice, would like to see it with the chrome around the windows blacked out also. I've been thinking about doing that to mine too.

I'll have to ask him. I know he bought them on tirerack.com a while back. My gripe with them is that they are only 7" or 7.5" wide I think. They have a stainless overlay on the spokes and the rest is painted or power coated back.

I found them, I'm not sure where you can buy them anymore: At Italia Inbox Stainless Face with Black Accent

I didn't know you were looking. But when you are in St Pete. There is a black gen 2 LSC sitting in a driveway [slammed] It has been sitting there for 8 mos. and not moving. However the car looks to be in good shape. It's on 9th Ave N, left hand side as you are driving toward 58th St. I think the guy doesn't know how to fix the slammed condition.
