It was great seeing you again Eric, and meeting Gary.

Sorry to hear the seat motor cleaning didn't help. I'm guessing it's a tweaked seat track now.

Did it run any better before it was bolted down?

I had one that was tweaked a bit, it actually ran better when I shimmed under one mount with some washers.:D

It was still not right though. Next chance I get, I'll remove the F/R motor and slide the track forward and back to see if I can find where it binds.:)

It slid all the way forward nice and smooth, although when we went to slide it back to get the front bolts on, it didn't move very far. We were able to work it far enough back for Gary to fit into it over time. I really thought it was going to be the motors based on how dirty they were. Once we take care of a few other issues with his car maybe we will take a look at the seat and try to figure out what the issue is with it. Thanks again for making that drive in the snow to take a look at the seat!
