97-98 Terminator Bumper

Hello everyone...The Terminator Bumper for the 97-98 Mark VIII has been a big success. I noticed in one of the post that one customer had an issue with the metal tabs that contact the body at the fenders and I wanted to make sure there were not other issues as I have not received any negative feedback so far. This feedback helps me to make a better product and ensure I have happy customers.
The tabs that are fiberglassed in can be bent per vehicle if they happen to be tucked out too far.
Quality is important to us so let me know if you have issue and Thanks for all your support.

Thank you,
John Temple

John, if you're talking about my install concerns, I will document it all once the cover goes back on the car. Thanks.

I would say overall the quality is excellent. A few notable items worth mentioning.. it is worth mentioning that I have one of the first bumpers and would buy another if I buy another Mark.
1. When transferring the hardware over fit the mounts with the button head bolts, mark the metal tabs, remove the hardware and then bend the tabs down slightly lower than the mark. Seems to fit a little better that way.
2. Fog light mounts could be aligned better to the mounting holes and a beefier but work just fine.
3. Fitting the bumper was pretty straight forward with the exception that it seem to sit a little low on the drivers side leaving a slightly larger gap where the bumper meets the grille opening. Slotting the holes in the bumper support and adjusting easily gave me the margins I was looking for.
These are my personal observations from having done one bumper and like I mentioned above, I would buy another with no worries about quality.

Looking forward to hopefully getting one of my own one day - maybe someone can answer a question for me, how low does the bumper sit when compared to the stock bumper?

Overall I don't think it is any lower than the stock bumper, the profile is different.
Where the factory bumper rolls under starting at the center line of the bumper going down the cobra bumper has a less aggress rake to the lower opening.

please make a gen2 hood that will complement the bumper and give clearance for a supercharger.
X2...gen2 hood with a 2'' or so cowl scoop....my bumper went on great.Only problem I had was the fiberglass didn't want to spread open to install in the rear corners. After some choice words and some gentle force,i got them on.The looks are awesome and I have some foglamps.
