Bye old mark, Hello new mark

My beautiful 2nd gen LSC is going bye bye tommorow to a lady named christina of pt. pete florida. She is going to fix it and send me updates on how its going. I dont have the time nor resources to pull the motor and fix it.

So tommorow she is going to pick it up, with a blown motor for $800 and im going to buy a first gen mark viii for $700 that needs a water pump. Wish me luck tommorow is the big day !

is that the 98 you had on craigslist for 1300 or 1800 whatever it was, with lots of new parts in it but had a blown head gasket? i wrote to you if this is the car we would have given the 1800 or 1300, you had two different prices. you never wrote back to us.

No Jamie, thats not my car, my car is a 97 not a 98, see my my signature? Anyway It turned out good, I didnt see the car she backed out the last minute. So im going to keep the car and fix it. I still went and bought the first gen, and what do you know? ITS A 93 !!! MFD says 03/93 . I was like woooow i always wanted one. The car has 136k , interior is pretty torn up and so is the water pump, belt, and looks like the alt too, i just got the car today so i dont know what im in to. But she started on demand on a 4 month binge on the driveway. And motor sounded healthy.

Anyways ill get in to that later, but i had a question. Will a waterpump , alternator, and belt from a 97 2nd gen fit on a first gen 93 ??? from what i see its a direct fit, but i dont know for sure. Thanks and good luck on that car jamie ! whahahahah

I think the alternator connector may be a bit different but other than that it should all fit.
