Chi Town meet - July 29th-31st, 2016

Last time he did it in the winter, I showed up in a borrowed GMC truck of some kind. The time before that? A borrowed Chrysler 300. :(

Also, as for the date, The reason Eric can't make the car show he linked to at the top of the thread. I'd typically attend that event too, but if I were forced to choose, I'd still party in chi-town.

Of course if the date were changed, I could do both. May I propose the weekend of July 29-31 as an alternative?

Yea! End of July sounds good. Have crazed fambly just west of you in Huntley and McHenry. We be some beer drinking fools.

Not sure if I posted this, but I don't think we can provide as much food and drink as we normally do. Beerdog will be planning this, so I won't be overdoing it like the good Jew I was brought up to be ;). I still would love to get a keg or pony of some local craft beer.

This is LOD, beer provisions won't be an issue.

The wife and I will try to make it, we are happy to contribute to any food/drink.

I have never attended any event empty handed. I always expect to contribute and not expect host to provide. Or, I'll gladly pay you Tuesday!

Right. What they said.

Get the right people there, and everything else will come together.
