prepare for a few more. I had some significant thunder this morning, as I was chipping through the 1/8" of ice on my Jeep.

"thundersnow" is really pretty rare.

They actually shut down the Minneapolis light rail this morning because so much ice had accumulated on the overhead power lines that the trains couldn't get a good connection.

I don't know which is worse though. My bro called last night PO'd that it was still snowing (he's been in CA for like close to 10 years now I think), and that a bear was seen walking right near their parking lot. Here, it's mushy mud overcast and tree pollen is up (luckily the only one I'm not allergic to). But can't air out the house with open windows cause of rain and cold. blah.

Plus I'm back on my almost worn out all-season tires, and let's just say they don't grip in the rain like the blizzaks....
