And here is a "frozen" start after sitting outside all night.

The IAC is a little lazy, and the alternator pulley is protesting a bit, but it starts and runs like a champ despite this crappy weather.

I spent a few extra hours tonight getting the trans in order. The dipstick o-ring was leaking badly, so let's kill few birds with one stone.

Separator plate drilled to mild settings. Fresh filter, 12qts of Motorcraft Mercon V fluid, and this trans feels really surprisingly good now. :rolleyes-green:

Not my typical J mod (lol), but it will hopefully extend the life of this trans.

Since Joe is MIA again, I decided to finish the little stuff he wanted done.
Here's a pair of Varaflow adjustable mufflers with Pypes tips welded on to the stock exhaust.
I still need to wire in the actuators and switches to control them, but the "dirty" part is done ;)

And here's the TIG art by Phil@ SSP

The rest of the welds was done in regular MIG as the stock piping "ain't" all that pretty :roll_over:

What ever happened to this car?
It's been sitting and waiting for the owner ;)

Actually, it's supposed to go in for the rocker repair today, and the fuel efficient differential is being built as well. Hopefully this is its last week in MI :eek-large:

Funny I thought it was gone by now. Why not just let the rockers go less weight more fuel mileage.:smile-purple:
