Need help with codes

OK, Moose is throwing the following codes, and if I reset them they come back after a few miles. Here is a dump from the reader:
P0446 Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit
P1414 Secondary Air Injection Monitor Circuit High (see P2258)
P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete

Could O2 sensors be causing these? Help appreciated as I need to get these dealt with to pass inspection.

P1000 is probably because you keep resetting the the codes.


What the P0446 code means
The P0446 code is triggered by the ECU when a malfunction occurs with the EVAP control system vent control valve. The ECU controls this valve as part of the EVAP control system and when the a fault is detected a Check Engine Light appears on the dashboard

What causes the P0446 code?
Faulty, missing, or broken gas cap
Faulty EVAP system hose
A Leaking fuel tank
Broken or faulty charcoal canister


P1414 FORD Description Secondary Air Injection Downstream (AIR) Flow. The secondary air injection system does not detect the presence of air in the exhaust when introduced by the secondary air injection system Electric AIR Pump Hose from AIR pump leak AIR bypass solenoid leak/blocked Hose from AIR pump blocked AIR bypass solenoid stuck open/closed In order to test the AIR pump, it must be capable of driving the HO2S lean.
