What year? Could be the driveshaft.Any ideas?
Tire balancing is an issue at all speeds, however driveshaft vibration is an issue at about where you are having the problem.Wow! I really enjoy the information that gets swapped out in this forum.
Anyway, I did end up putting the Ford Bushings in. The car drives nice and straight. Turns well. But it is vibrating now at highway speed. (55-65mph) It seems to get better faster than 65. It has new rotors and ceramic pads. It is not a warped rotor vibration. Breaking is very smooth. Some one said Dynamic Tire balancing should be done. Any ideas?
Think so Bud? I guess one could have a harmonic imbalance. It's tire balancing.... to get rid of my vibration, I had to go with forced balancing.... more expensive, but true!
100% Driveline. What you describe is specific to the way driveshafts perform. But it is vibrating now at highway speed. (55-65mph) It seems to get better faster than 65.
+1however driveshaft vibration is an issue at about where you are having the problem.
