FS: Parting out a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC Black on Black

I just picked up a 1998 lincoln Mark VIII lsc Black on black. It hasn't ran in 5 years. The paint is faded. Only the drivers door is spoken for. It has about 135,000 miles on it.

Looking for the 3.27 posi pumpkin for a friends LSC must be intact functioning and stock.
If available how much shipped.

Find a mustang boneyard the 99 cobra pumpkin is a 28 spline 3:27 with locker.
