This doesnt deserve a new thread but how can i get the drivers side door panel on right? I get it on there good then after a few opens a gap forms but its still attached

Is the gap at the top? If so, just make sure the whole top of the panel is hooked over the metal door skin before "lowering" it onto the plastic "hooks."

It's all about alignment.

The gap is both at the top and bottom

I'd just lift the panel off again, and analyze the situation. Look for anything that might be applying pressure when it is installed. Wiring, lock parts, etc.

Note the location of all of the attachment points, and make sure all of them slot into their appropriate places. Reinstall it, and reinstall the screws that keep it from popping out. I'm guessing this is an easy fix, but one of those "slow and steady" sorts of things.
