My buddy since grade school shares my love of these cars, he refused to get out of the rear seat. Anyway, along the Charles River in Boston when I got home. Just had to head into town for a Mt. Vernon Roast Beef Sandwich after driving for 22 hours, after a 6 hour flight, after a 4 hour work day.

Finally got back behind a yoke today, I love cars but cant beat a beautiful day in the air!
That's the next thing on my list of things to do. I have Hopedale Airport about 3 miles from my house. That's awesome, How long have you been flying?

Don't have my private yet but I con people in to taking me up and handing over the controls. I currently have an A&P and working towards trading wrenching time for flight time.

The Blue Flame looks good ... even sitting on a trailer. :p

Congrats to JP for his wins with the new Mark VIII.
Nice shoot with the under hood reflection, maybe a contender for the 2015 calender. maybe some photo chopping to blur the background more.

Thanks Steve. Yea, I was thinking that. Unfortunately I didn't get the full hood in the picture. But if you guys want me to I could play with the image some more ...

Went to the wounded warrior car show yesterday. I got to sign the car, not much room left. Only 2 Lincolns, mostly Mustangs. They'll let anybody bring their cars, drive slow when you leave:eek-large: 1/4 mile up the road, Smokey in the grass waiting.

Per my previous post in here, I just bought a 97 Z28

The paint was......squiffy to say the least in some areas. I was able to buff the rear deck, doors and front fenders out with excellent results.

The Hood, 1/4's, and both bumber covers are another story.

It'll be in paint and on the road soon.

Nice. I always liked the Z28s.

Here are some video captures from the burnout contest at Summer Blast. This was the winning burnout ... for obvious reasons.

I said to Aimee that I wanted may mark viii art work framed for my birthday to make it easy for her. So she picked it up today and now my son said he wants it in his room.
