The 93 brakes would work on my 98 right? Figure it cant hurt to do them after this long

I would sure think they'd all be the same.

Fair warning - the rear brake caliper pistons need to be "screwed in," and not just pressed in with a "C" clamp. This was a new concept to me when I first encountered it, although I'm kind of assuming it is somewhat common now.

The only car ive seen that on is a mini cooper, the transmission on the crown vic was easier than the brakes on that thing

I have a left rear caliper for my 93. $20 + shipping. I make a buck that way.
