stayin cool without blowing out

ok the deal i have is the original radiator in my 93 with 261k on it just blew the other day so i put my old radiator from my 94 cougar in an it is leaking too!

so what i wana know is what aftermarket radiator can i use an fit almost like stock an not break the bank cuz a stock replacement is 150 bux but it is plastic an aluminum an tends to leak at the seal an i want a completely sealed aluminum unit any ideas?

I went with Radiator Barn 6 years ago on my Mark, and I have no problems with it. It has life time warranted. Does have aluminum core with plastic tanks, and price is $98. I think you will find most stock replacements are plastic tanks, and the one that are aluminum are high dollar heavy duty or racing units.

that's what i used.

i don't know of any aluminium radiators that fit without modification. i have hard of 04 Cobra radiators being installed with some custom work.

I bought the cheapest radiator rockauto sold for my daily (96 3.8 Stang) it was like $76 and is way better than I expected. Been in there for over a year already and it's been flawless.
