First Impressions of Pullied! (Long!)

haha, but you can eat off the engine and undercarrage and thats all that matters really.

J, did you get my pm with a few more questions? No rush but I was just wondering if they went through. I was wondering about what method was used since there isn't a maf? Does it have a MAP and use the speed density method or something? Anyway just wonding how that was done and if there are any benefits over using a maf.

I guess sarcasm doesn't come thru the internet too well.

Try to tell that to my wife that her house is dirty. Just try .... ;)

I don't build pretty cars, I build cars that haul azz and rip the pavement.

If you wanted pretty should've bought that CE from ebay @ 216 miles. ;)

Don't forget this was my daily driver for most of it's life, definitely far from a show car IMO.
I did have the carpet out once when I first bought it at 90k miles.
It was washed spotless clean. But I guess that what you get when you drive the car
everyday with windows down, and smoke coming in (from the outside that is).

But if you can make it look show worthy, hey the more power to you.

I got the PM, I will give it a thought, but in the mean time I am busy responding to slob accusations ;)

hey hey now, I wasn't calling anyone a slob. I just said it needed a good cleaning, which it got. =)

It sure as hell rips pavement, I can't get that across enough, it's just sick.

Very sick... whose black gen 2 is that parked next to it? The Saleen rims with the lincoln center cap is really sick.

Jeremi,
I wouldn't say that the car was extremely dirty inside...it has just never been in "show car" condition.....and I had never even wiped it down until the day before Eric came to pick it up. It has always been in "Daily Driver" condition from the inside.......

Eric,
Here's a pic of my truck.......BTW...the Intake tube looks much better in black ! Good Mod....

Yea, those are cobra r's on my friend Domenics car. We went out to Detroit to get the 97 with me. His car looks great. Those rims are actually from The CE Jeremi picked up to replace pullied. He should be posting on this forum at some point. He's still at markviii.org and just hasn't really been over here for some reason.

Ok now I know what I want to do with the Crown Vic when I get $$$$$. I think it would work really well in a Crown Vic because there should be a little more room under the hood. I could even use the motor mounts for a Marauder to help in the install. Just thinking. Looks great DROOOOOOL!!!

Nice man...glad you got it back finally! Looks good as usual. :D

A tip to align the fender/hood gap...just lower the hood latch a smidge, this will "pull" down the hood onto BOTH fender stops, preventing it to "pivot" on the hood latch itself. :)

As far as Pullied being in "show car condition" goes, it was!

Check out this thread about the best car show in Michigan:

Some of the photos might not be there still, but I've still got mine (most of my old posts got lost during the move). You'll get them all on the CD Eric.

And I've been in Jeremi's houses and cars and they make me nervous. They are too clean for this old bachelor.:D

I'm happy to just hang out in the garage over there (which is too clean for me too:) )
