Does Anyone Know This Tranny Shop In Florida?

I found this tranny shop on EBAY....They go by...TRANZPARTS1 on-line... and ....TRANZPARTS, INC. down in Florida... They have two locations ...... Tampa and Miami .... They are selling rebuilt 4r70w's for $599.00 with free shipping..... even selling rebuilt valve bodies for $9.99.... Anyone ever heard of them?? Done any business with em?? thanx for any info!!! Scott P.S. I am going to call them tomorrow and ask about how they rebuild em'.
 
Those prices appear way fishy for my taste. Try calling your local trucking company and ask them how much to send a tranny to Florida, then subtract that from $599.00, then you will realize that the price is BUULLLLL SShhhhh.

One way shipment for me in LA was around $250.

So that rebuild costs around $350...too low.
 
Well... to play devil's advocate... I know a builder that did it for $200... But I still call BS on this "deal".

Nope in Lincoln, Ca... long story really. It is not as expensive as you think, depending on what was broken and what needs fixing.
 
I tried to set up some business with this guy, I would help redesign his eBay store so save him a good amount of money every month in exchange he would rebuild my trans for me at the cost of parts. He would tell me to call never called me back so I just bought a used one from Jamie. He wasted some of my time and kinda gave me the run around so I didn't end up doing business with him.
