93 mark viii, The computer keep saying that the door is ajar and I have just swapped out the air rides for springs so the car is level again any advice???

Just bought a 93 Mark VIII (84,000miles) got it tuned becuase it had started to misfire, the shop i used did the plugs and filters but didn't have the right wires and when they hooked up my car to the computer, it said one of the wires is arking. They said it would cost aprox. $110 for the wires...
