I see the bolts, have no clue how to get them loose.

Here I go again. My signals are pretty dim. You can see them at night but not during the day. How do I replace these? I tried taking off the little plastic cover to no avail.

I'm wanting to put aftermarket hids in the low and highs. My lows look like halogen bulbs (conversion?) And they are dim as hell. Its like having a jar full of fireflies. Problem is my headlights seem to take on moisture. Especially when it rains or I wash it. How will this effect the hids? If I...
