Looking for the resistance and specs to test both coil packs with a Multimeter. Anyone know these specs off hand or know where I could go to find the information?

Done some searching online and am coming up with no answers. I am trying to drain my system completely of coolant and am looking for the drain plug for the engine block. Any pics would be appreciated or a description as to the location of the plug or plugs.
