'96 HID availability & cost?/

I need to know the cost and availability of HID's for a '96 LSC. Does the unit containig the low beam, high beam and amber turn signal have to be replaced as a complete unit or can the individual bulbs be replaced seperately. My favorite Ford parts man says they are available only as a complete unit and cost $713.00 plust tax!! The vehicle I'm looking at has a L. low beam that is light purple? The L. high beam is light brown. The R. low beam seems to be bright white while the R. high beam is brown. All other exterior lights seem to work just fine.
I am hoping for a responce soon as I will make an offer on the vehicle this afternoon and having the information will determine what that offer will be.
Also the L. window "bumps" going up or down. Can't remember which direction.

Where can the single bulbs be bought and for how much??

From the dealer, part number F8LZ-13466-AA they list for about $200, but you can try places like five star ford and get them for under $160
