3. Bear left on ramp to I-278 E (Bqe, Brooklyn Queens Expwy, Brooklyn Queens Connecting Hwy) and merge with caution

4. You will see a sign reading "I-278 E to I-87 N/BRONX/UPSTATE N Y/NEW ENGLAND"
5. Continue on I-278 E (Bqe, Brooklyn Queens Expwy, Brooklyn Queens Connecting Hwy) (toll required for some segments) and go initially East, then generally Northeast for 11.1 miles to I-87 N (Major Deegan Expwy)

5. Bear left on ramp to I-87 N (New York State Thwy) towards Albany
*Special Note* I think this is exit 59. It's the last exit so you really can't miss it. It's really not even an exit, it's more of a merge.
