I have owned the car for 8 years now and when i first bought it the dealer had their mechanic put a brand new compressor in.
A couple months have passed since i started getting the dreaded "check air suspension system" prompt. At first the suspension was working fine. I could hear it kick in and the bags filled as normal. But as the weeks went I heard it less and less until finally it just stopped pushing air.
The odd thing is that after it stopped filling air to the bags, the car was still elevated. Then the air gradually escaped over a few days and now the car is a low rider.
So anyways, im just curious if its the suspension compressor or maybe something else.
Im just dreading taking it to a shop because i know they will charge me ungodly for just looking at it.Even worse is that i live in an apartment so i cant even do any work on it, even if i knew what to do.
