Another Michigan meet at my house?

I'd like to, Bill.. But that is the Piston Power Show weekend and the Mark will be in the IX Center for the show. You guys have a great time.

I'm open for a secondary meet in September for people that can't make the 31st.:D

Have you guys noticed yet that ther eis no September 31? Mark was being cute. Actually would be Oct 1. Although it could start Sep30.

OK, I wasn't paying attention, here I thought he came up with a good solution. :D

That would be a bit late anyway, let's just make it the 10th.:)

The 10th ... supposed to go to a wedding that day ... haven't promised to go yet ... oh boy. Will have to see ...

Glad to hear it Sharon! You'll be home Sunday night for sure.:)

Tell Mike I've got more copper for the fire. It comes in little packages.:D

Photo below.

Rene, a Mark VIII meet or a wedding? That's easy, the meet, you don't have to dress up, eat chicken that's red inside, or bring a present.:D

I also, intend to attend. I do have a complication however. Backpacking weekend was also moved to the 10th. I'm hoping to reschedule that. consider my attendance 80% likely at this point.

Sounds good Mike.

Not much backpacking around here, but you're welcome to do some camping in the back yard.:)

Noisy crickets? never heard of 'em..

Also, consider this my campsite reservation. :)

As Mark was leaving last night, we listened to the crickets. They were, of course, out in force.

Then I measured the sound level with my meter. It was only 58.6 dBA. That's only about 10 or 15 dB above the level of a typical living room. It does sound like it would be higher than that though.

I've measured my stock Mark VIII at 70 MPH, it's around 70 dBA.

I can hear them in my bedroom at night, but they just help me fall asleep.:)

And those little tree spiders are quiet while they eat the skeeters.:D
