Lol, reading it made me remember writing it! Hey...having a 5.0 I was able to buy everything I wanted off of eBay. I was in culture shock as there was nothing for the Marks.

lol thanks for that pic! That used to be the village i lived in Germany :)

That said, I am not sure what the heck i was talking about either. I think i meant to say it came on 5 times in a row. This was right after they replaced the transmission in the 1996 with a Factory one at the local stealer. For once I was glad i bought the warranty :)
 
Wow Sharon...that was an intensive first post! :D Very informative, hopefully I can make a meeting one day, although I can probably just hit the bar and get the same treatment as Joe would give me (minus the trunk nap ofcourse) :D

Max...you'll have to tell me more about that in person. I miss the old days...time went by so fast. ;(
 
I remember when you first came along....a welcome and refreshing Nor Cal owner who was in to POWER/PERFORMANCE more than buff and bling.

sadly, I cant go back to my first post, some time in 2003 because the web site under-went some server/format changes since then. 10/05 is as far back as I can find.

But I believe it was Sept 2003 for me.

You've been a great addition to the Mark VIII community as a whole-one of the few members I have met in person, and had a good time with.

Guess I was a NEWBE.... earliest I can find on THIS board is 04/23/2003 ( this was post # 34) and I know I posted earlier than that! Maybe I'm thinking about the "OTHER" board......

Thanks Craig, I definitely miss kicking it with you and Brenda. Bummer we had a falling out, maybe a rekindling is in store? Ya, weather sucked on Sunday.

OMG! See I posted about those pics but they were probably on the other site. I saw those pics and wanted to cruise with them. Then a year or so later we did. :)
