blower/fan finally quit

I had been reaching under the dash and/or glove box and wiggleing the black/orange wires and the blower/fan would come on. Now after doing this for a while the blower/fan does not come back on. Any suggestions are appreciated...thanks.

more than likey you need to replace the blower motor itself.

my car did the same, i did the "wiggle to fix it" for about a year.

one day.. the "wiggle" didn't work.. I pulled the plug off the motor and put my finger onto the blower motor contacts..and they fell down inside the blower motor.

they had corroded and fell apart.

changing the blower motor is very very easy on the first gens.
