CA Smog Legal True-Dual?

Does anyone know if you can buy the LSC cat setup from, say, a 95, throw it on a 94, and pass CA smog visual with it? I found this price on the front section....

Or can I just get a 2-in 2-out cat and replace the 2-in 1-out cat on my '94? I thought I could have that done since the 95-up LSC's have true duals stock, and usually smog guys are just arses about OBD-II cars.

Any help would be great.

The LSC dual exhaust is very restrictive you won't really notice any gains with it to tell you the truth.

I'm not necessarily looking for significant power gains, it would be nice, but I'd be doing it more for the sound changes I would get.
